The unofficial tally of all votes has West U.’s $13.8 million parks bond proposal winning by a very slim margin. With 100 percent of precincts reporting, as of 1:17 a.m. Nov. 5, 51.07 percent of voters cast their ballot in favor of the bond, with 48.93 against.

All four precinct’s votes have been tallied. Out of 10,612 registered voters, 8,423 voted.
