The unofficial tally of all votes has West U.’s $13.8 million parks bond proposal winning by a very slim margin. As of 9:14 p.m. Nov. 4, 50.77 percent of voters have cast their ballot in favor of the bond, with 49.23 against.

A few hours ago, the have the referendum was failing by a small margin, with 51.12 percent of the votes against the bond, 48.88 percent of votes for the bond, with 41 percent of registered voters having already voted.

Out of 10,612 registered voters, 59.68 percent have voted on the issue by 9:14 p.m.
